We received a no obligation direct mail piece that offered a $150.00 certificate to Ruth Chris or Mastro's steakhouse in return for meeting with the owner, Mark Kennedy. We fell for it. The meeting began normally enough but quickly soured as Kennedy brought out the strong arm sales tactics and became increasingly rude and insulting. We asked for our certificate which he refused to provide saying, ""you have enough money, you can get it yourself and you weren't getting it anyway.""
If this guy would would run a scam for a lousy $150.00, imagine what he would do for real money!
If you get one of these mailings, RIP IT UP. If you're looking for a financial planner, don't walk away but RUN away from this scam operation.
