Absolutely horrible experience. Washer was working but making noise when we called Lesco. After they got at it, it didn't work at all, and it took 3 months to come to the conclusion that they wouldn't get it fixed. They charged us over $900. They agreed to refund half, then put us off and put us off before they finally paid it. Ultiamately, we had to throw away a 4 year old washer. They broke promises, missed appointments, and couldn't have displeased us more.
