Deeply disappointed in the customer service here. They made errors in installing and testing my remote starter. Had to come back to have it fixed and told them I wanted them to make it right due to the pain of having to come back and was promised by two employees over the phone beforehand that they would do everything to make it right. My interpretation: some funds would be returned to show they care about their customers and their time. Instead I was told after they fixed their error was ""We aren't giving you any money back - we don't refund labor!"" and worse yet after I questioned their previous promises- I was barked at loudly all the way to my car about how I should just be happy that they fixed it and didn't make me pay for the labor involved in the fix (even though I paid for the lifetime warranty to cover extra costs). Ridiculous way to interact with your customers - coming at me in a very confrontational manner. Just keep your promises. I won't be returning nor will I recommend any of my friends take their business here.
