I went to Dr Mark Coulter for just the standard teeth cleaning. Pamela, the office manager told me that the dentist has to see me first. I said OK, Dr. Coulter was cold and perfunctory, did not give me any explanations and left after less than 3 minutes. He charged me for an office visit AND for a comprehensive evaluation. Olga, the hygienist took over. She never informed me that she will administer mouthwash and for that mouthwash there will be a substantial charge. Mouthwash is routine to most cleaning I had done, nevertheless they charged me for it without informing me. Olga, the hygienist, also wanted to prescribe me antibiotics!! Overall a very poor experience. When I contacted the office manager she was not responsive.
