I purchased a 10-class pack and was not told that there was an expiration date for the passes. I did not use the passes quickly enough, and the stuido would not honor the remaining passes. I am out $66 for 6 classes that I paid for, but am not allowed to attend. \r

Part of the reason it was so difficult to use my passes is that one of their instuctors for the beginner classes failed to show up. I was turned away from at least 2 classes because there was no instructor. \r

I went to the studio expecting a warm, welcoming envornment to reduce stress. Instead I treated poorly and ripped off.\r
