This is a great looking store, and I think their products are probably good but the staff at this location was incredibly snooty. They ignored my wife and insulted me in the course of about 5 min.
We were the only customers in the store and were ignored while looking looking for cookie cutters. I tried to find a bathroom with my daughter and was verbally assaulted.
If you value customer service at all stay away. This part of town is full of great shopping and I'm sure that some of the other high end cooking stores (many within just a few blocks) will be able to serve your needs as well or better.
