We have been taking our dog to Puppy Love for 10 years, and have always received good service. However, the past few times that he has been groomed there, he has come home with cuts on his ears, and bad razor burn on his stomach, and rectal area. I had to purchase a hydrocortisone spray, and medicine for his ears, and finally after a week of applying, he is feeling some relief! I feel as though the service and facility has gone down hill, and will not be using Puppy Love's services again.
