I used to visit here relatively frequently since I work nearby, and I just put up with the snotty attitudes of the women who work there b/c the deals were often pretty good.
However, the quality of the clothes has declined a LOT over the past few months: moth holes, rips, stains, strong mildew odors, etc. Plus, I feel like I'm going crazy when I visit this ""high end fashion"" consignment store lately b/c the bulk of the clothes are from stores like Old Navy, Forever 21, and the GAP. The average upscale picks are Ann Taylor Loft these days (I wish I was kidding). There are still a few very high end labels to be found, if you're willing to dig, but, seriously, so many of these are really, really out-of-date styles, not even ""retro"" stylish...just unattractive and dowdy.
Apparently they're refusing to consign any more high end denim labels because of theft, too. Maybe that explains the Gap and Old Navy jeans I've seen? I've also have heard from two different people that they consigned items that the store lost and never recovered. Doesn't seem worth the risk to sell there, and certainly not worth it to buy there anymore, either.
