We work very hard at fully satisfying each and every customer we serve. While mistakes are rarely made with orders, if a discrepancy occurs, we strive even harder to make everything right-especially complete customer satisfaction. While Mr. Terrell was correct in stating that his louvers had a hairline fracture when they were installed, the shutters were usable and the damage was hardly noticeable. We were very happy to make adjustments including an adjustment to the remaining balance on his account for any inconvenience that he had undergone. However, he retaliated to our apologies rudely, calling me a liar, and even threatening to hurt our business. As earlier stated, our business strives on happy customers and referrals. We hope that any concerns raised from Mr. Terrell's review are presented to us directly. Finally, we would appreciate an opportunity for The Blind Man to demonstrate for you full customer support and satisfaction for all of your window covering needs. Thank You! more
