Avoid this office, as the doctor and staff is totally unscrupulous. I made an appointment as a cash patient, as I have no health insurance, to treat severe bunion pain that I knew required a cortisone shot; as I need to stay on my feet at work. I was given an appointment; only to find out when I was seen that the office did not have an X-ray, and dr. Ostapchuk refused to give me a shot without one. However, he offered me three free sample packs of Celebrex (he did not offer to write a prescription, mind you), had my foot taped up, and charged me $175 for the visit. I was told that the visit the next week for the X-ray would cost me $60, in addition. As I needed relief that day, I scheduled another visit with a different podiatrist. When he examined me, he told me that tape would do nothing and removed it, X-rayed my foot, and gave me a cortisone shot, and a prescription for pain - all for $50 after I described my visit to Ostapchuk, and knowing I had no health insurance. As it turned out, the doctor knew Ostapchuk, but didn't have a very high regard for him as a professional. I asked Ostapchuk's office for a full or partial refund, but that was denied.
