Baron BMW might be fine if you accept their diagnosis of a problem and do not questions. We have been attempting to resolve the SAME issue for over a year. My car has been in their at least 6 times for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time. After a year they refused to issue a guarantee that their latest fix would actually fix the problem. We were willing to pay as long as they guaranteed their ability to fix the problem. The were unwilling to work with us and try to come up with a solution which was fair. They feel they have a monopoly and get away with being a bully. more
