Wow. I'm a Mystic resident I went in this (expensive) place to get a gift certificate for my wife for Christmas. The attitude from the receptionist was outrageously snooty, verging on the RUDE. Anyhow - I bought it as I was running out of Christmas ideas. Sadly, my wife said she didn't want the gift because she had been there before (unbeknownst to me) and had found her manicure flaking off after about two days. I tried to return the gift certificate two days later but was told that their 'policy' was not to refund gift certificates. How customer unfriendly is that?? I won't be going back or recommending Rob Rivers to any of my female friends/relatives. Sad.
