I waiting several hours for them to service my home. I called customer service who lied to me about when the driver would arrive. Then when I called back, they had an attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Boo to the City of Cerritos, for only allows customers one choice for Trash services. Hopefully if enough of complain they will give us at least one other alternative. YIKES!!!! Horrible.
