This business has abysmal customer service. The driver reached a new level of unprofessionalism by yelling on the phone and then proceeded to be verbally abusive once we arrived to obtain the vehicle. He cursed at us, because we had found the location then proceeded to withdraw funds using an ATM as he only accepts cash or American Express. At one point he actually said, ""Well F*** you then!"" I have never been treated so rudely by anyone, let alone a ""professional"" in a business. I plan on reporting him and the business to the Better Business Bureau for the complete disregard for humane treatment.
