Used one of their ATMs in center city Philadelphia.\r
Needed $100 but was only given $40, however, the full\r
$2 fee was charged and I was not given a choice, just spits\r
out a fraction of what I needed, charged the fee and left me to find the rest somewhere else.\r
Called the number on the box to give them a chance to make it right to no avail. So there is my $2 rant.
