POOR Service. We own a well known Charleston business and used FG for about 3 months. The service was below sub-par. Landscaping was rushed through and I never saw the same guys working twice. After talking with a few different workers, I learned they have a DAILY turn-over rate due to mistreatment by the owner and upper management. He hires and fires daily! He has great people answering the phones, but after much digging I realized the owner is not a person worth giving my business too. There are too many other great companies to choose from in this area. As a local business owner, I realize the value of employee loyalty.
