Beware!! This park is being sued for unfair business practices and failure to maintain the premises. The park is in disrepair. The clubhouse actually has couches/furniture being held together by duck tape. They will raise your rent every year until you no longer can afford the space rent and the only option you have is to sign your mobile home over to the owner. At least 20% of the mobile homes are abandoned and sit vacant....Stay away from this park, you are only asking for trouble and heartbreak

Terrible Mobile Home Park! The owner/manager seems to have neglected almost every rule of running a community by allowing residents to let their homes fall into various stages of disrepair but seems happy to charge almost $1,500.00 per month for space rent!! If the park management would only take care of the landscaping and enforce the rules it would be a very nice community. Also the park office/community center smells terrible!
