We moved out on Dec 31st from 975 Laguna and the new tennants moved in on Jan 5....we just got our deposit back and they took out 100 for cleaning and 100 for carpet cleaning which is fine, except that when I asked the new tennants, they said the carpets still hadn't been cleaned (it's been two weeks since they moved in) and that the apt wasn't cleaned until after they moved in.
I called Golden Cricket to tell them that the new tennants told me the carpets hadn't been cleaned and Brittany (biggest bitch I've ever encountered), INSISTED that they had been cleaned so I told her to send me the receipt and she said she would after a lot of attitude.
So I contacted the new tennant and told them that they INSISTED it was cleaned and the new tennant said no way had the carpets been cleaned and that she had JUST received a call from Golden Cricket telling them they needed to schedule a cleaning for the carpets ASAP....so of course I called them back and told them that they cannot charge me for carpet cleaning when the carpets weren't even cleaned and all I got was more attitude and more lies and excuses.
Brittany is a piece of s*** who shouldn't be working in ANY industry that deals with people or paperwork or money or anything of importance. The dude who works in the office is no better.
Golden Cricket should SERIOUSLY consider who they have on staff.
