I'll admit, it is a very nice store. It has a wide range of cross stitch supplies, gadgets, charts, etc., however, the customer service is awful. This is especially surprising to me, since this is a ""mom and pop"", type of store. These are the kind of places you expect warm and friendly service when you visit their establishments. The whole time I was there, none of the 3 employees would make any eye contact with me. I did not get a ""hi"", ""can I help you"", or ""bye"", as I was leaving. I was made to feel unwanted and uncomfortable while I was there. It really is a shame. I am an avid cross stitcher and would love to go back, but I doubt I will.
