I should have gotten up and left when the ""sterilized"" package of pedi tools fell onto the floor (guess it wasn't sealed like ti was supposed to be!) and the tech used it anyway. Then, the tech tried to cut my nails too short. Add to this a child who was constantly walking around barefoot while her mom was glued to her cell phone while a tech was trying to do her manicure! Mom never told the kid to SIT or be have and the staff -- who should have told the kid to get her shoes on -- didn't do or say anything. MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION!!!! \r
