All was going well untill when installing my kitchen grani te, their installers drilled the faucet hole in the wrong place! My faucet required 2 holes and now I am stuck with a hole where I don't need one! My boyfriend had let the installers in and asked them if they needed to see the faucet. They said ""no."" He knew I had shown the faucet previously to the owner (when he made the template) & had also shown it to his son on another occassion prior to installation. My contractor was also present at the time. When I complained (but tried to be nice & said I would glue a coin over the hole) the owner charged me full price & (worse yet) said it was all my boyfriends fault (!!!!), NOT the fault of his installers. I'm sorry I ever paid him...I should have taken him to court & insisted he buy me another slab of granite & redo it!
