I just had Charter installed within the last month. First when the technician arrived at my house he didn't even know what was supposed to be installed. I had to talk to him then call Charter and have them call him for him to do the complete installation.
When he installed the cables (there were cables in there previously) he broke the face plate, left the pieces on the floor and now I have a whole in the wall with two cables hanging out.
When I received my bill I see that the bill is twice what is suppose to be and they have charged me separately for each installation (phone, internet and tv). Totalling about $100 worth of installation charges.
Charter is the only cable so like others have said not competitition so they feel that can do what they like. Something needs to be done.
I can only hope that the service is better then the installation and billing!
