First they deleted my music in the transfer from my old phone, then they sold me their insurance provider without telling me. When I lost my phone and went to claim the incident verizon said I did not have insurance. When I went to the store upset the manager was rude and took no responsibility for the lack of communication then said I had to file through their insurance that required notary signatures, deducibles, now a 4 day wait and 4 stops by the store to get my phone. Hoops I would not have had to jump through with verizon's insurance. Because it was after the first 30 days of contract I cannot change the provider. To sum it up they have guaranteed that I will not be resigning a contract after this deception. Not only that their staff was completely incompetent about their phone's inner workings and gave me a website to look up information other than just silly features. That should have sent up a red flag but because it was near home I went and did my own research to find the phone for me.
Update: 6 days after filing the claim for a new phone I still do not have it in hand. The manager told me it would be in tuesday (2 days after filing) and I just had to bring in the notarized letter, when I showed up he claimed he did not tell me that, even though my boyfriend and I both heard him, and said my phone had not been sent. If I had known I would have brought the letter monday. The worst part is the lies and then the inablility to take responsibility for the lie. Cowardly
