Installed a bottom of the line electric strike for us(for a top of the line price), it failed two months later and wouldn't even return a call to come fix it. I was told by two other locksmiths it was the wrong strike for the application and Mark said ""too bad, I'll replace it but I'm gonna charge you."" Low class human being right there.
