Had a terrible experience with both billing and with the EMR they set us up with. After firing CI we saw a significant increase in our revenue. Their ability to implement the EHR left us very frustrated due to the installation that didn't work correctly for months and worked then worked so slowly as to be practically unusable. After we fired them we found out that the server was at least 5 years old when they installed it. To make matters worse the system wasnt being backed up properly and it wasnt until we hired a new tech company that the problem was remedied. Meanwhile we were at risk of losing all of our data. My recommendation is to steer clear of computer innovations and any EMR product they might be trying to sell now.
