I took my silk western shirts (6) to be cleaned. When they were picked up I needed to wear one of them for a rodeo. I did not inspect the shirt as I was in a hurry when I put it on. Later I was asked about an area on the back of the sleeve. It appeared that someone had gotten it close to heat and burned the shirt. When I called and told them about it was told that it is not their fault as the cleaning tag was missing and I had worn the shirt and the way I wore the shirt tucked in that I must have damaged it since I do not know how to wear a silk shirt. I will never take any items to this cleaner again.
