I try to go to small local stores whenever possible, however in Harvey's case I will never return! I bought a small drill for a quick job in Needham, however, when I got the drill back to the job the chuck was stuck. I didn't have time to fiddle with it so I put it back in the packaging and moved on. A couple of weeks later I tried to return it, unused, in the original packaging, with the receipt. Not only would they not refund my money or issue a store credit, they accused me of using the tool and trying to return it.... very abrasive and unfriendly.
Unfortunately, Harvey's make the larger retail stores very attractive and hassle free.
