I have seen their program, and several others from other such companies. I am not a competitor, just a mom of 3 young ones who has been to library programs and parties, and seen several animal programs. We saw the owner, Bill, two times. I don't understand why he even does this for a living. If a child gets even slightly out of line or excited in the middle of his lecture (I am not even talking about my kids here) he snaps at them and he is nasty. His shows are like a lecture/speech, with no room for comments or interuption, or he gets clearly agitated. I have had many other parents in my mom circle say they had the same experience. Does this guy even have kids? I can't imagine he does. He is NOT GOOD WITH KIDS! Look at other programs - because there are so many other people out there I have seen that really seem to love kids - he sure doesn't! There are a lot of other companies out there to choose - this one was the worst for me. I have to rate it, so I give it a star - I wish there was a no star rating.
