I had a hitch put on my toyota. They got the wrong one in, so watsted hour drive for me. Came back when they got the right one in and had me in and out in no time. Comfortable waiting room, tv, coffee. The lady there smacks her gum which is very rude and annoying. But all in all a great experience and they have my thanks and future business.
