The man on the phone clearly gave me my options and the costs involved. The technician arrived within the one hour time promised. The technician observed the problem and quickly gave answers and a concrete price. With all the code upgrades we need there was a lot of work to be done.
Erick was a nice young man who does a good job of it and makes him proud . Erick was also saying how well S Plumbing treats their staff and reflects on how they treat the public.
IF I would have been without water for a couple of days I am sure I could find the unit for less and problem installling.
Although I am sure I could found a similar heater for less, but without the Superior attention to detail.
