I purchased a string trimmer from these guys about 10 years ago. When the recoil line broke, and I couldn't seem to be able to replace it with a new line, they fixed it at no charge even though it was then about 6 years old. A small thing, perhaps, but appreciated. \r

I purchased a lawn tractor from them last year. Very knowledgeable about their products, and they persuaded me against ""overbuying"". They may be a bit more expensive than the big chain home improvement stores, but selection and service are great, and they're honest, making them the best value.
