I ordered a mattress and once I picked it up I realized that wrong one was ordered. I immediately called Texas Star Furniture and tried to resolve the issue. I was informed it was not their fault.... it was mine and I could come in and pay the difference between the one that was ordered and the one I thought I was getting. I told the ""owner"" that I wanted the one I orginally thought I was ordering for the price I pd.... which was a $20 difference. The owner informed me that I would not be getting the mattress I wanted for the price I had pd. I could travel the 30 miles and exchange it and pay the difference!!! I then told her that I would be bringing the mattress back and wanted a refund in full. She giggled and told me I needed to read the receipt... THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!! Now Im stuck with a mattress I didnt want and cant do a thing about it!! Im just wondering how may other people experienced horrible customer service and were scammed by Texas Star Furniture??
