I had them replace parts inside my shower knobs because I was told they were ""old."" However these old parts, which were brass/copper/some sort of metal were replaced with plastic parts which cost 130+! Of course these new parts lasted a few months and then broke. They came out to fix it and then 2 of them broke a couple months later. When I called I was ignored and recieved no return phone call from either the son or father of the buisness. \r

Luckily I know some people and was able to have them come fix it for me. I of course found the parts at Ferguson Plumbing for ONLY $5 a piece!!! Why were my parts $130? Not only was I ripped off but their work was shotty. I do not recommend. You are better off going to Ferguson Plumbing and asking for what you need in person. They are very helpful and can give you names of reputible plumbers who can actually fix any problems you have and of course they don't over charge you for what you need.
