I called to ask about the price and availability of a canine vaccination and was treated as if I was dumb and wasn't worth an explanation about why it was not available. I'm sure they probably do a good job of providing spay and neuter services. I just feel their people who answer the phone could use some additional training about how to speak politely and considerately to customers on the phone.
