Eric Yeargain failed to fix a recurring air conditioning problem in our $1800 per month rental home - it occurred several times in the middle of the 100+ degree Houston summer. When I attempted resolution with Yeargain, he only insulted me and terminated my lease. We were happy to move - the house was hardly worth half what we paid due to the constant issues and lack of a proper management company, but Yeargain made it as difficult as possible and was a complete jerk the whole time.
Seek another property management company if you want peace of mind for your $$. There's plenty of good ones around in Montgomery and Conroe, TX!
