I called here to order flowers for friend whose husband passed away. The only time you aren't happy to send someone flowers! I didn't get to why I was sending flowers as before the woman asked for the address. When I gave the address she responded with ""I hate that street, it's really a pain"". I said ""Should I call someone else?"" She said, ""Well yeah... well how much is the order first??"" Obviously I told her I would find someone else!! The order was about $200. I didn't tell her that! In these days customer service is so important but it's not important to Acton Country Flowers! \r
