If you know what is good for you do not go even close to that apartment. Someone compared it to the project and they are soooo right. I should have known it was too good to be true. They are offering free rent for a reason. Everybody is leaving this place and I can't wait. I have noisy neighbors and so called management do not do anything about it. I had to call the police more than once and you can't get in touch with anyone in management. I am ready to pay two hundred dollars more for peace of mind. They are closed on Dec 31st and Jan 1st and they have the nerve to charge you late fee when you go pay them on Jan 2nd. That was it for me. I could have handle roaches and noisy neighbor for another year but bad management is not an option.
This place is nothing like I thought; I am so disappointed. Ghetto people without a job playing loud music all day long and at night; big fat roaches all over the place no matter how much you spray. After I moved in I had to wait two months for them to come clean the carpet. The doors were dirty and they never did anything about it to these days.
