After the burial service for my mother we came back to the church to discover that no food had been set up and they had already run out of coffee.
Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting (they were supposed to be set up over an hour before) the food was served.
The caterer disappeared for over 30 minutes while he ran back to Baus to get more coffee and also the desserts that we had ordered. He showed up as we, the family, were leaving.
Baus did give us a discount the desserts but when I asked about a discount for the coffee, I never received a call back. This was after numerous calls to them.
I am very upset by the treatment I have received from Baus. I had only heard good things about them before and in fact, have attended a wedding reception there that was fine. But if you need outside catering, look somewhere else.
