a one star rating for Leo Martin is one star too many! i took my brand new car in for warranty work and was told because of a previous customer service survey that i filled out (sent to me from GM) Leo Martin would not be willing to do any work on my car! They flat refused and stated that due to my survey, they were refusing to work on my car. After having a horrible experience with Steve, the arrogant service manager, i learned from several other people, that he is always like this and to never go there. I wish someone would have told me this before i went. I still can't believe he told me that he wouldn't do warranty work on my car because of a survey that GM sent to me. I answered the survey honestly. Guess that's what honesty gets you now days.
