Need to get my couch restuffed. Tried to call 4 times, different days/times:

same result: got their machine, left a message w/my contact information, requested a return phone call. Never heard from them.
They're local, thought I'd start with them, support the community store, give them my business. Thought perhaps they're having personal issues (e.g. death in the family), etc., so I kept trying back thinking maybe I'd catch them, but got so fed up that I'm writing this review to warn others against them as their professionalism obviously leaves a lot to be desired.
