Unfortunately I had to go to this store instead of my favorite store because it was too far out of my way. I had to ship a package UPS and they charged more than UPS! I called up UPS and found out that they charged $5 more at the UPS Store. I went back to ask about it and the owner Amy Bigbee yelled at me and kicked me out. I am always going to go to my favorite UPS Store even if it is out of my way more than 15 minutes. more
