I can't believe how toned I've gotten the past couple months doing this bootcamp! The workout is only 45 minutes, 3 times a week. I enjoy getting my workouts done in the morning, so it works perfectly for me! Rob comes up with some amazing cardio & strength training exercises for a balanced session. The ladies in this bootcamp are so awesome and supportive! more
