I am a new customer to Puente Hills Hyundai and I wanted to relay my experience to you since I was having difficulties getting my review to go through on Edmunds. Kelly Chacon, the customer relations manager at the dealership gave me your email address and said it would be ok to let you know of my overall experience. I had my car serviced a little over a week ago and I wanted you to know that the service was really fantastic. Kelly Chacon set everything up including a car for me to drive while mine was being worked on for five days. She navigated the entire process from beginning to end flawlessly. Her communication was outstanding. She made sure to stay in contact with me with updates as to what had been done on my car, and what was left to be completed. She answered any and all questions I had repeatedly with the utmost of intelligence and professionalism. The tech that worked on my car Javier was also fantastic. He introduced himself to me and said he would be working on my car the day I dropped it off. Javier even called me twice to let me know how everything was coming and what sort of parts were replaced. He was also awesome and deserves recognition for his outstanding work done on my car. I cannot say enough about the service and kind greeting I received from the first day I arrived onto the showroom floor. The reception was even nice. I must say that I would drive further to your dealership again and again, as opposed to going to Hyundai right here in the South Bay area. Everything from the service staff to customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai doesn't compare to any other dealership. I thank Kelly again for everything she did in helping out when it was needed. She was there and most definitely made sure my needs were taken care of. more
