I wanted to share my thoughts about your employee John Madarang. Mr. Madarang and I started corresponding via email about my potential purchase of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. Since our first email/phone conversation Mr. Madarang was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He made my husband and I feel like we had known him for years. He was very easy to talk to and offered as much detail as possible about all of the cars we were interested in. Over the past few weeks we visited several dealerships, but John made our decision about who we wanted to purchase from very easy. He walked us through the entire process and was very accommodating the entire time. It is employees like Mr. Madarang that make the car buying experience a pleasant one.
