It started with Steve who was a great salesperson. He listened and was attentive without being pushy or making me feel like I was between him and his next customer. He was very friendly and approached the negotiation process in a professional and respectful manner. I have to say that I have never had a sales manager spend as much time with me as you did to close a deal. While I can say that you were friendly and professional, I think it?s more important to point out that you clearly understand the value of establishing a relationship. The value of that relationship is that you didn?t change the price $1, yet I still felt very good about the purchase and that I was dealing with good people who wanted my business and to make sure that I was taken care of. The follow up with Lynn was at the same level. She was very professional, courteous, and competent in her knowledge. She explained everything very well and didn?t make me feel rushed despite the late hour. From my point of view, you run a great business and have great people working for you.
