The only time I get good service is on the weekday mornings when the kitchen is clean and food is made fresh. Below is every other time.
In the afternoons and on nights and weekends I order a chicken sandwich plain (nothing on it I repeat) or same with a hamburger plain (same thing nothing on it) also happens with whoppers or other items on their menu. I will usually order a combo and get diet coke instead of regular (which I don't mind as long as the rest of the order is fine. So I get my combo driving off in my car and decide to munch on a fry or onion ring on my way home and 99% of the time the fries are cold and stale or if I bite into a onion ring I can tell its been sitting under a heat lamp for a hour and makes me kinda dread what's In the rest of the bag. I finally pull up at home hurry to unlock my door sit down and grab the main part of my meal except, I can tell just by holding it in the bag it has everything on it so I pull it out to verify what I already knew. I reach out my trusty cell phone which I actually have Burger Kings number saved I hear like 6 rings and someone usually answers that is in the middle of eating something. I explain my main issue and they say to just come back through. So I drive back to Burger King and hand them my bag (which they usually say Incan keep it but if I wanted a sandwich with everything on I would have ordered it that way) so they hand me the sandwich I originally ordered 45 minutes ago that's been sitting under a heat lamp the whole time. I finally get home sit down and pick up my rock hard sandwich eat two bites and wonder why I went back to Burger King to begin with.
