During my stay, though I begged about 5 times, they never came to repair the door knobs that were so cheap they kept falling off, locking unsuspecting guests in the bathroom.
This company then retained $600+ on my security deposit for maintenance work (like painting) they do as a routine that was not caused by my living in the apartment for a year.
They basically stole my money for good unless I take them to Small Claims court.
Not too pleasant CPM!
