I have been a member of this gym for over a year, but due to some personal health problems and the fact that the gym wasn't very convenient for me to get to (a 20 minute drive to be exact), I decided to call and cancel my membership.
Well, good luck trying to do that. They made it almost impossible for me to cancel my membership, and even though I called to cancel several days before the next billing period, they still told me they would be taking the hefty membership payment for the next month, telling me that I ""signed a contract."" I have never in my life had to jump through so many hoops to cancel a membership to someplace, nor have I encountered such unhelpful people.
If you're considering joining the gym, know that while it's state-of-the-art and beautiful, the people that run it are awful.
