I thought the salon was adorable, but was very disappointed in the morale and service. Dory was 30 minutes late for my appt. I had to sit and wait in my car. I would normally not have waited, but I had a gift certificate. She told me that she was burned out in the cosmetology business. She did interest me in permanent makeup. A couple of months later, when I called for information and/or a portfolio, she said that she would call the lady who does it and ask if it is filed; then, she would call me back. I waited for a week-no call back. It just seemed like she wasn't interested in getting any business.
