Well I can see others have had a difficult experience, but mine was great. I had a party last week, but I have used this company for years and its true I have had a few problems in past years, but I have to say that I noticed a significant difference in the service, timely delivery and cleanliness of the units. Noticing such an improvement I asked the delivery driver what had happened and he remarked that there is new management and the company is in the process of really improving their process and will even have a real-time online booking system in the spring of 2012. He also mentioned a new line of themed inflatables. I have to say I'm excited to see the changes coming for Bouncin Bins.
